免责协议书

1. 我了解参加的滑雪及单板滑雪课程属于自然环境中的运动，可能发生不可预测的情况，且伴随受伤、财产损失甚至死亡的风险。在清楚了解这些风险的基础上，我自愿报名并参加课程。

2. 我明白在滑雪场内可能存在与其他滑雪者或单板滑雪者发生碰撞或接触的风险。

3. 若在滑雪场内受伤，我将自行承担责任，并建议提前购买相关保险。我不会向教练或kuri-board提出任何索赔。

4. 如发生受伤情况，我了解kuri-board会迅速协助处理，但医疗费用及交通费用（如出租车费用）需由我本人承担。

5. 无论课程结束后我的滑雪水平是否有提升，我都接受不予退款的规定。

6. 即使因天气或其他原因导致缆车停运，我也接受不予退款的规定。

7. 课程期间可能会拍摄照片或视频用于网络宣传。如不希望被拍摄或公开，请务必提前告知工作人员。

8. 如果课程中因事故导致我或第三方受伤、财产损失甚至死亡，我同意在，kuri-board不承担任何法律责任，同时我承诺不向kuri-board提起任何赔偿要求或法律

我（或我的监护人，如为未成年人）已在签署本免责协议书前仔细阅读并充分理解以上内容，并完全同意本协议的所有条款。为此，我将在kuri-board报名表上签字以示确认。

Liability Waiver and Agreement

1. I understand that the skiing and snowboarding lessons I am about to participate in are sports conducted in a natural environment, where unpredictable situations may occur. These activities carry the risk of injury, damage, or even death. With full understanding of these risks, I voluntarily agree to participate in the lessons.

2. I acknowledge that there is a risk of collision or contact with other skiers or snowboarders and other users of the ski resort.

3. I understand that any injuries sustained at the ski resort are my responsibility. I am advised to purchase insurance, and I will not hold the instructors or Kuri-board liable.

4. In the event of an injury, I acknowledge that Kuri-board will provide prompt assistance, but I am responsible for covering medical expenses and transportation costs, such as taxi fares.

5. I accept that no refunds will be provided, even if I do not achieve improvement in my skills.

6. I accept that no refunds will be provided, even if the lifts are suspended due to unforeseen circumstances.

7. Photos or videos may be taken during the tour for use on websites. If I do not wish to be photographed or filmed, I will notify the staff in advance.

8. In the event of an accident during the lessons resulting in injury, damage, or even death to myself or a third party, I agree that Kuri-board will bear no legal responsibility under the following circumstances. I also pledge not to seek any compensation or initiate legal action against Kuri-board:

(1) I fail to comply with the terms of this liability waiver.

(2) The instructor has taken reasonable safety measures and is not at fault.

(3) The accident is caused by force majeure.

(4) The accident or damage is caused by my failure to act appropriately according to my physical condition or skill level, or by my failure to adhere to the rules and guidelines of the ski resort.

I confirm that at the time of signing this agreement, I am of legal age and have freely chosen to participate in the lessons. If I am a minor, my legal guardian has given consent and signed this agreement on my behalf.

I (or my legal guardian, if I am a minor) have carefully read and fully understood the contents of this liability waiver and agree to all its terms. To confirm this, I will sign the Kuri-board registration form.

1.私は、これから参加するスキーおよびスノーボードレッスンが自然環境の中で行われるスポーツであり、予測不可能な状況が発生する可能性があること、また、それに伴い怪我、損害、さらには死亡などのリスクがあることを理解しています。その上で、自発的にレッスンに参加することを承諾します。

2.スキー場内では、他のスキーヤーやスノーボーダーなどスキー場の利用者との衝突や接触、または被害を受けるリスクがあることを理解しています。

3.スキー場内で怪我をした場合は自己責任となり保険に加入することを推奨します。インストラクター及びKuri-boardには請求をしません。

4.怪我をした場合、弊社は迅速に対応致しますが医療費、タクシー代はお客様の負担となります。

5.上達ができなかった場合でも返金はできません。

6.リフトが運休となった場合も返金はできません。

7.ツアー参加中に写真やビデオを撮影します。Webに載せる場合があり不要な方は事前にお伝えください。

8.レッスン中に事故が発生し、私や第三者が怪我、損害、さらには死亡した場合でも、kuri-boardは一切の法的責任を負わないことを了承し、私はkuri-boardに対して損害賠償や法的行為を一切起こさないことを約束します。

 私（または保護者、未成年の場合）は、この免責事項同意書を署名する前に、その内容を注意深く読み、十分に理解した上で、全ての内容に同意します。その確認として、私はkuri-boardの申込書に署名を行います。

我们计划为您购买滑雪保险，但赔付金额较低，主要是以意外损害赔偿为主。因此，建议您额外购买运动保险以获得更全面的保障。

About Insurance

We plan to purchase ski insurance for you, but the compensation amount is relatively low and mainly covers accidental damages. Therefore, we recommend that you purchase additional sports insurance for more comprehensive coverage.
