2026–2027 Winter Ski Bus
This page covers the SNOWLINER ski bus connecting Narita Airport, Haneda Airport and Tokyo Station with Shiga Kogen and the Kita-Shiga area.

Tokyo ⇄ Shiga Kogen Route
Daytime services connect Narita Airport or Haneda Airport with Yomase Onsen, Ryuoo, Yamanouchi, Maruike・Hasuike, Ichinose, Yakebitaiyama and Okushiga Kogen.
The overnight SL141 service departs from Narita Airport, Haneda Airport and Tokyo Station and arrives at Ryuoo, Takai Fuji and Shiga Kogen the following morning. The return SL142 service departs in the afternoon and arrives at Tokyo Station that evening.

Reservation date for SL141: Select the day before your arrival date in Shiga Kogen.
Example: To arrive on January 1 in the morning, select December 31 as your boarding date.
Ichinose has A and B stops, while Yakebitaiyama has West, South and East stops. Times differ by a few minutes. Please follow your final reservation confirmation.

Transfers and Selected Non-operating Dates
- SL113A: Board SL103A first and transfer at Saku PA
- SL113B: Board SL103B first and transfer at Saku PA
- SL141 from Narita Airport: Board SL181 first and transfer to SL141 at Odaiba
- SL141 from Haneda Airport: Board SL131 first and transfer to SL141 at Odaiba
- SL112A and SL112B require a transfer to a Tokyo-bound bus at Saku PA
- Take all hand luggage with you and follow staff instructions
- Additional transfers may be required within the Shiga Kogen area depending on the service
Selected dates when SL141 does not operate from Narita Airport: December 19–24, 2026; January 5–7, 11–14, 17–21 and 24–28, 2027; March 22–27, 2027.
These dates do not apply to every boarding location. Confirm the actual service for your preferred stop before booking.

How to Book SNOWLINER
Choose your date and route
Confirm the date, number of passengers, boarding point, destination and preferred service.
Submit your reservation request
Enter your name, email address, travel date, passenger count, stops and number of baggage items.
Receive seat and fare confirmation
Your reservation is not confirmed when the form is submitted. We will contact you after checking operations, seats and the final fare.
Complete payment
Review the confirmed reservation details and fare, then pay using the specified method.
Receive your booking confirmation
After payment and booking procedures are complete, we will send a confirmation. Show it on your phone when boarding.
Boarding Confirmation
Staff will confirm the lead passenger’s name when you board. If you do not speak Japanese, show the part of your booking confirmation containing the passenger name and service number.
Buses generally depart on time.
Arrive at the designated meeting point early. You may be unable to board after the departure time.
Ski, Snowboard and Baggage Rules
Each passenger may check the following free of charge:
- One travel bag or suitcase
- One pair of skis or one snowboard
Each additional item costs ¥1,500.
Passenger and luggage space is limited. Tell us in advance if you will bring oversized or special baggage.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do daytime services require a transfer?
Yes. SL113A, SL113B, SL112A and SL112B require a transfer at Saku PA. Move your baggage and follow staff instructions.
Where do I transfer when using SL141?
Passengers from Narita Airport first board SL181, while passengers from Haneda Airport first board SL131. Both transfer to SL141 at Odaiba. The bus operator or vehicle may change.
Which Ichinose or Yakebitaiyama stop should I choose?
Ichinose has A and B stops; Yakebitaiyama has West, South and East stops. Select the stop matching your accommodation and check the official stop in your final confirmation.
Is my booking confirmed after I submit the form?
No. Your booking is confirmed only after we check availability and fares and you complete payment and the reservation procedure.
Can I bring skis or a snowboard?
Yes. Each passenger may check one travel bag or suitcase and one pair of skis or one snowboard free of charge.
Will the bus wait if my flight is delayed?
In principle, the bus does not wait for delayed flights. Allow enough time for immigration, baggage collection and transfers between terminals.

- Weather, road conditions and traffic restrictions may delay departure or arrival.
- Some services require a transfer at Saku PA or Odaiba. Follow staff instructions.
- Ichinose and Yakebitaiyama have several stops. Confirm the official name in your final booking confirmation.
- Allow sufficient time before connecting to a flight, train, another bus or a hotel shuttle.
