Fujinomiya 5th Station is smaller than Mt. Fuji’s other major trailheads. This photo guide shows the facilities available and what you should prepare before arrival.

Entrance to Fujinomiya 5th Station
This compact trailhead can become crowded when tour buses and large groups arrive at the same time.

This sign identifies the Fujinomiya Trail entrance and is a useful landmark for meeting your group.

Bus Stop and Meeting Point
Local buses and tour buses stop here. Tour participants should proceed to the meeting point provided in advance.

Basic Toilets
These facilities differ from standard flush toilets. If possible, use the restroom at your hotel or station before arrival.

Snacks and Mt. Fuji souvenirs are available. We recommend purchasing enough trail food before reaching the 5th Station.

Stamped Climbing Sticks
The shop sells three sizes of commemorative wooden sticks that can be branded at mountain huts along the trail.
- Each mountain hut charges separately for its stamp.
- Check airline and international baggage restrictions before buying a long stick.

Rest Area
The rest space is small and may become crowded during peak arrival times and on weekends.

Seating is limited and may be unavailable when several buses arrive together.
