Nagano Station ⇔ Hakuba Route
SNOWLINER operates four round-trip services each day,
connecting Nagano Station East Exit directly with
four major bus stops in the Hakuba area.
This route is convenient for passengers travelling to Hakuba
after arriving at Nagano Station by the Hokuriku Shinkansen,
as well as for passengers returning to Nagano Station
after skiing in Hakuba.

Tsugaike Kogen A, B and C are separate bus stops.
Do not go to Stop B or Stop C.

and your preferred Hakuba bus stop.

Select the service that matches your itinerary
from SL651 to SL658 and confirm the departure time.
Submit Your Reservation Request
Enter your name, email address, travel date,
number of passengers, boarding and drop-off locations,
and baggage details.
Confirm Your Seat and Complete Payment
We will contact you after confirming seat availability.
Please review your reservation details
and complete payment using the specified payment method.
Receive Your Reservation Confirmation
After payment and the reservation procedures are completed,
we will send you a reservation confirmation.
Please display this confirmation on your smartphone
when boarding the bus.
Submitting a reservation request does not mean
that your reservation has been confirmed.
Your booking is confirmed only after seat availability
has been checked, payment has been completed
and you have received the reservation confirmation.
Ski, Snowboard and Baggage Rules
- Skis and snowboards may be stored in the baggage compartment.
- There is generally no specific item limit when baggage remains within the standard size restrictions.
- The total baggage weight must not exceed 30 kg and must not inconvenience other passengers.
- Oversized baggage may require the purchase of an additional seat at half the adult fare, which is ¥1,500.
Passenger cabin and baggage compartment space is limited.
Please inform us in advance when booking
if you will carry multiple pieces of ski equipment,
an oversized ski or snowboard bag, or other special baggage.
Reservation Check at Boarding
At the boarding point, staff will confirm the name
of the person who made the reservation.
If you do not speak Japanese, please show the staff
the section of your reservation confirmation displaying
your name, bus service, boarding point and drop-off point.
Buses generally depart on time.
Please arrive at the designated meeting point early.
You may not be permitted to board if you arrive late.
