The bus serves major Hakuba ski resorts and accommodation areas,
including Hakuba Goryu, Happo, Iwatake, Tsugaike Kogen,
Hakuba Norikura and Hakuba Cortina.

SNOWLINER is a ski bus service connecting Narita Airport,
Haneda Airport and Tokyo Station with the Hakuba area.

Transfer Information for SL101B
Passengers travelling on SL101B must transfer to SL101A
at Saku Parada PA.
The driver or bus staff will provide instructions at the transfer point.
Travelling on SL131 from Narita Airport
Passengers departing from Narita Airport must first take SL181
and transfer to SL131 at Odaiba.
The bus service number you actually board may differ from the number
shown during the reservation process.

Passengers booked on SL104A must first board SL104B
in the Hakuba area and transfer to SL104A at Saku Parada PA.
Please follow the instructions provided by the driver or bus staff.

How to Book SNOWLINER
Choose Your Route and Bus Service
Check the timetable and select your travel date,
boarding location, drop-off location and preferred bus service.
Submit the Reservation Form
Enter your name, email address, travel date, number of passengers,
boarding and drop-off locations, and the number of baggage items.
Seat and Fare Confirmation
Your reservation is not confirmed immediately after submitting the form.
We will check the operating schedule, seat availability and fare,
and then contact you by email or another selected contact method.
Complete Payment
Please review the reservation details and fare,
and complete payment using the designated payment method.
Receive Your Reservation Confirmation
After payment and reservation procedures are completed,
we will send you a reservation confirmation email.
On the day of travel, please make sure that you can display
the confirmation email on your smartphone or another device.
How Your Reservation Is Checked at Boarding
At the boarding point, the staff will confirm the name
of the person who made the reservation.
If you do not speak Japanese, please show the staff the section
of your reservation confirmation email displaying your name.
A JAMJAM LINER bus stop sign will be installed at the boarding location.
Please wait at the designated boarding point and make sure that you are not late.

Ski, Snowboard and Baggage Rules
Each passenger may check the following items free of charge:
- One travel bag or suitcase
- One pair of skis or one snowboard
From the second additional baggage item,
a fee of ¥1,500 per item must be paid on site.

- Travel bag or suitcase: 1 item
- Skis or snowboard: 1 item
Additional Baggage Fee
- Each additional item: ¥1,500
※ Passenger cabin and baggage compartment space is limited.
※ Please inform us in advance when making your reservation if you will carry oversized or special baggage.
Cancellation Fees
The following cancellation fees apply after your reservation has been confirmed.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I use the bus if I do not speak Japanese?
Yes. At the boarding point, please show the staff the name
displayed in your reservation confirmation email.
Can I bring skis or a snowboard?
Yes. Each passenger may check one travel bag or suitcase
and one pair of skis or one snowboard free of charge.
Is my reservation confirmed after submitting the form?
No.
After receiving the reservation form, we will confirm the operating schedule
and seat availability. Your reservation will be confirmed only after payment
and all reservation procedures have been completed.
What happens if I miss the bus?
Buses generally depart on time.
If you miss the bus, a refund or transfer to another service
may not be available. Please arrive at the boarding location early.
Do I need to transfer to another bus?
Some services require a transfer at Saku Parada PA or Odaiba.
Please check the transfer information on this page.
Will the bus wait if my flight is delayed?
As a general rule, the bus will not wait for a delayed flight
and will depart at the scheduled time.
When boarding at an airport, please select a service that allows
sufficient time for immigration, baggage collection
and movement between terminals.

for customers travelling on SNOWLINER.
You can prepare your skis, ski boots and poles together,
reducing the time required to find ski equipment after arriving in Japan.
