中文旅游规则
Kuri-board旅游合同条款
1）合同的签订
购买我们商品后，即视为同意我们的条款。
2）合同的申请及成立时间
在支付全额费用和提交申请书后，预订即告成立。
3）拒绝签订合同
•报名人数已满时（但公布的数字仅为参考，如果我们认为可以运营旅游，则可能会增加人数）。
•旅行者可能对其他旅行者造成困扰或妨碍团体活动的顺利进行时。
•团体旅游的参与年龄需在15岁以上（但可能需要填写未成年同意书。如果不同意未成年同意书，则可能无法参加本次旅行，并且费用不予退还。）
•判断体力明显不足时（如果完全没有富士山登山的训练经验，可以拒绝参与）。
4）合同书的交付
•如需收据，请提前告知。
•联系方式为WeChat、Line、Messenger、WhatsApp、电子邮件等。
5）合同的变更
•因天灾、战争、暴动等原因导致我们合作的住宿设施和巴士无法运营时，将取消行程。
•即使因公共交通延误导致未能赶上集合时间，仍不作为取消的理由（不可退款）。
•户外活动（登山、滑雪等）如遇雨风等情况，但巴士仍可运营时，不作为取消的理由，不可退款。
6）旅游费用的变更
•日程变更仅限一次。
•变更手续费为新商品价格的30%。
•第二次及以后的变更需要先取消，再重新预订。
7）合同的解除
• 因天灾、战争、暴动等原因导致我们合作的住宿设施和巴士无法运营时，将取消行程，退款90%。
• 团体旅游（如富士山登山、滑雪活动等）如无法顺利、安全进行，可按导游指示解除合同，不可退款。
例：富士山登山活动有目标行程时间，如超过目标时间会解除合同以保证活动的顺利和安全。
• 在我们合作的巴士、山小屋、酒店、滑雪场等地，如发生喧闹、乱扔垃圾等行为，收到相关人员的警告时
・ 我们会尽力确保旅游的安全，但不能保证绝对安全。
・ 如果受伤，费用由客户自行承担，不会向我们公司（Kuri-board）索赔。
・ 如果你因体力不足给他人造成困扰，将被要求退出旅游，产生的费用由自己承担。
・ 在旅游过程中，如果未遵守导游的规定，将被视为退出旅游，今后不再提供支持（如受伤或错过巴士，需自行解决，费用自理）。
8）旅游产品取消（取消）
•从购买产品到出发前1个月取消，需支付旅行费用的30%作为取消费。
•从出发前30日至14日内取消，需支付旅行费用的50%作为取消费。
•从出发前13日至出发当天取消，需支付全额旅行费用（100%）作为取消费。
•由于自然灾害、战争、暴动等原因导致本公司合作的住宿设施或巴士无法运行时，旅行将被取消。在这种情况下，将退还90%的费用。
9）行程管理
•我们会尽力保障旅行者的安全及顺利旅行，但不做保证。
例：富士山登山时，因天气或旅行者体力不足未能登顶，不可退款。
例：滑雪旅行时，即使未能掌握技术，也不可退款。
10）安全管理
•我们会尽力保障旅行者的安全，但不做保证。
•如旅行者受伤，需要自行承担医药费用，不可向我们索赔。但如果我们为旅行者投保，可在保险范围内处理，但需旅行者自行联系保险公司。
11）旅行者的迟到
•如旅行者迟到（包括公共交通延误），不可退款。
12）旅行者的义务
•在巴士、滑雪场、山小屋、酒店等地，需遵守相关工作人员的指示。如不遵守，将解除合同，不可退款。
例：在巴士上大声说话，收到司机的警告；需坐在指定座位。
13）户外活动
•为了安全进行活动，如无视导游指示，将解除合同。
•导游有权判断并解除合同，这种情况下将不再提供未来的旅行支持。
例：
① 走在导游前面
② 在团体活动中，虽然是最慢的，却长时间拍照
14）日文条款
•我们的条款已翻译为中文和英文，但日文文本为正式版本，依日本法律制作。
15）裁判管轄
本約款的成立及效力依日本法律为准。
若与旅行者之间发生争议，东京地方法院将作为第一审的专属管辖法院。
Terms and Conditions
1) Conclusion of Contract
Upon purchasing our products, you are deemed to have agreed to our terms and conditions.
2) Application and Contract Establishment
The reservation is confirmed upon full payment and submission of the application form.
3) Refusal to Conclude Contract
・When the number of applicants has been reached (The published number is a guideline and may increase if the tour is deemed operable).
・If the traveler is likely to cause inconvenience to other travelers or obstruct the smooth execution of group activities.
・The minimum age for participating in group tours is 15 years old(However, you may be required to fill out a minor consent form. If you do not agree to the minor consent form, you may not be able to participate in the tour, and no refunds will be issued.).
・If it is judged that the traveler lacks the physical fitness required for the group tour (e.g., no training experience for Mount Fuji climbing).
4) Issuance of Contract Documents
・If a receipt is required, please inform us in advance.
・ Contact will be made via WeChat, Line, Messenger, WhatsApp, E-mail, etc.
5) Contract Changes
・If the partner accommodation or bus cannot operate due to natural disasters, wars, riots, etc., the tour will be canceled.
・If the public transport used by the customer is delayed and they cannot arrive at the meeting time, it will not be subject to cancellation (non-refundable).
・For outdoor activities (climbing, skiing, etc.), if the bus is operating despite rain or wind, the tour will not be subject to cancellation and will not be refundable.
6）Change of Travel Price
•Only one schedule change is allowed.
•The change fee is 30% of the new product price.
•For the second and subsequent changes, a cancellation must be made and a new application submitted.
7）Cancellation of Contract
•If partner accommodation or buses cannot operate due to natural disasters, wars, riots, etc., the tour will be canceled, and a 90% refund will be given.
•For group tours (Mount Fuji climbing, skiing activities, etc.), if the tour cannot be conducted smoothly and safely, it can be canceled at the guide’s discretion without a refund (e.g., for Mount Fuji climbing, if you fall behind the target course time, the tour may be canceled for safety reasons).
•If there is misconduct (e.g., noise, littering) at partner buses, mountain huts, hotels, ski resorts, and warnings are issued, the guide can cancel the tour for safety reasons.
8) Cancellation of travel products (Cancellation)
・The cancellation fee from the purchase of the product to one month before the trip start date will be 30% of the trip fee.
・The cancellation fee from 30 days to 14 days before the trip start date will be 50% of the trip fee.
Cancellation charges from the 13th day of the tour start date to the day of the tour start date will be 100% of the full tour fee.
In the event of natural disaster, war, riot, etc., the tour will be cancelled in the event that our affiliated accommodation facilities and buses are unable to operate. In such a case, 90% of the tour fee will be refunded.
9）Travel Management
•We strive to ensure that travelers can travel safely and smoothly, but we cannot guarantee it (e.g., for Mount Fuji climbing, no refund if you can’t reach the summit due to weather or lack of physical fitness; for snowboard tours, no refund if you can’t acquire the skills).
10）Safety Management
•We strive to ensure the safety of travelers but cannot guarantee it.
•If a traveler is injured, they must pay for their own medical expenses and cannot claim against us. However, if we have taken out insurance for the traveler, it may be handled within the insurance coverage. As we act as an agent for the traveler’s insurance (with or without a commission from the traveler or insurance company), the traveler must contact the insurance company themselves, and we cannot act as an intermediary.
11）Traveler Tardiness
•No refund if the traveler is late for the meeting time (including delays in public transport).
12）Traveler Obligations
•At facilities such as buses, ski resorts, mountain huts, and hotels, travelers must follow the instructions of the facility managers. Failure to do so will result in contract termination and no refund (e.g., talking loudly on the bus and being warned by the driver, sitting in designated seats).
13）Outdoor Activities
•For safety, the contract will be terminated if the guide’s instructions are ignored during climbing.
•The guide can terminate the contract at their discretion, and no future tour support will be provided.
•Examples:
- Walking ahead of the guide
- Taking long photos while being the slowest in the group activity
14）Japanese Terms and Conditions
•Our terms and conditions are translated into Chinese and English, but the Japanese document is the official one created under Japanese law.
15）Jurisdiction
The formation and validity of this agreement shall be governed by Japanese law.
In the event of any disputes with travelers, the Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance.
旅行約款
1）契約の締結
弊社の商品を購入後、当社の約款に同意したとみなされます。
2）契約の申込及び成立時期
商品の全額、支払い及び申込書の提出後、予約が成立となります。
3）契約締結の拒否
・応募人数に達した時（ただし公表されている数字は目安であり、ツアーが運行できると判断した場合は公表している人数よりも増える場合があります。）
・旅行者が他の旅行者に迷惑及び団体活動の円滑な実施を妨げる恐れがある時
・団体ツアーの参加年齢は15歳以上となります（ただし未成年同意書の記入をお願いする場合がございます。未成年同意書に同意いただけない場合はツアーに参加できない場合がございます。その際の払戻は一切できません。）
・団体ツアーにおいて体力が著しく無いと判断された場合は契約の解除ができます
（富士山登山でトレーニング経験が全く無い場合は拒否できる）。
4）契約書面の交付
・領収書が必要な場合は事前にお伝えいただく必要があります。
・連絡先はWeChat、Line、Messenger、WhatsApp、E−Mail等で連絡を行います。
5）契約の変更
・天災地変、戦乱、暴動などにより弊社が提携している宿泊施設ならびにバスが運行できない場合は中止となります。
・お客様が利用している公共機関が遅延等で当ツアーの集合時間に間に合わなかった場合、キャンセルの対象にはなりません（払戻不可）。
・アウトドア活動（登山、スキーなど）のツアーでは雨、風が吹いていてもバスが運行していればキャンセルの対象にはならず払戻も不可です。
6）旅行代金の額の変更
・日程の変更は1回のみ可能です。
・変更の手数料は新規商品の30％となります。
・2回目以降の変更は一度キャンセル（手数料が発生する場合があります）を行い、新規で行う必要があります。
7）契約の解除
・天災地変、戦乱、暴動などにより弊社が提携している宿泊施設ならびにバスが運行できない場合は中止となります。その場合は90％払戻を行います。
・団体ツアー（富士山登山、スキー活動など）においては円滑、安全に実施できない場合は、ガイドの指示によって解除することができます。その時の払戻はできません。
（例：富士山登山活動では、目標コースタイムがあります。目標コースタイムよりも遅れた場合はツアーの円滑及び安全にできないため契約を解除およびツアーから離脱してもらう場合があります）
・弊社が提携しているバス、山小屋、ホテル、スキー場などで騒ぐ、ゴミを捨てるなど悪質な行為が起き、ガイドから注意勧告を受けた場合は、ツアーの円滑、安全にできないと判断した場合、ガイドは契約を解除ならびにツアーの離脱をすることができます）。
8）旅行商品の取消（キャンセル）
・商品を購入してから旅行開始日の1ヶ月前までのキャンセル料は旅行代金の30％となります。
・旅行開始日の30日から旅行開始日の14日までのキャンセル料は旅行代金の50％となります。
・旅行開始日の13日から旅行開始日の当日のキャンセル料は旅行代金の全額（100％）となります。
・天災地変、戦乱、暴動などにより弊社が提携している宿泊施設ならびにバスが運行できない場合は中止となります。その場合は90％払戻を行います。
9）旅程管理
・当社は、旅行者の安全かつ円滑に旅行ができるように努力をしますが、安全を保証することはできません。
（例：富士山登山の場合、天候ならびにお客様の体力不足により山頂に辿りつけない場合は返金できません）
（例：スノーボードツアーの場合、技術が習得できなくても払戻はできません）
10）安全管理
・当社は旅行者の安全に旅行ができるように努力致しますが安全の保証はできません。
・旅行者が怪我をした場合は、旅行者自ら怪我の支払いをする必要があり当社には請求できません。ただし当社が旅行者の保険に加入している場合（旅行者の依頼によって保険に加入している場合）は保険の範囲内で対応できる場合はあります。当社は旅行者の保険に代理予約のため、旅行者が自ら保険会社に連絡をとり、当社は仲介役はできません。
11）旅行者による遅刻
・旅行者が集合時間に遅れた場合（お客様が利用する公共機関の遅れを含む）は払戻はできません。
12）旅行者の義務
・バス、スキー場、山小屋、ホテルなどでは、それぞれの施設担当者の指示を受ける必要があります。指示を守れない場合は契約の解除となり、払い戻しの対象にはなりません
（例：バスなどで大声で話し運転手から注意を受ける、指定以外の席に乗車する）
13）アウトドア活動
・安全に活動するため、登山中ガイドの指示を無視した場合、契約の解除となります
・ガイドの判断により契約を解除できます。この場合は今後のツアーのサポートは一才できません。
例）
① ガイドよりも先頭を歩く行為
② 団体活動中、一番遅く歩いているにも関わらず長時間写真を撮る行為
14）日本語の約款
・当社の約款は中国語、英語で翻訳をしておりますが日本の文書が正規となり日本の法律のもと作成しております。
15）裁判管轄
法利用規約の成立、効力発生、解釈にあたっては日本法とします。
旅行者との間で生じた紛争については東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。
